Welcome to Weathero (weathero360.com), a provider of weather alerts, traffic updates, and public safety monitoring in Switzerland. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

1.1 Weather Alerts

Weathero offers subscription-based real-time weather alerts covering all regions of Switzerland. Subscribers receive notifications via email or mobile push.

Refunds: Cancellations within 7 days of subscription activation are eligible for a prorated refund for the unused period. After 7 days, no refunds are provided due to the nature of continuous service delivery. Subscribers may pause alerts once per calendar year for up to 14 days.

1.2 Traffic Updates

Weathero offers one-time access to premium traffic update reports. Upon purchase, the report is delivered instantly.

Refunds: Due to immediate access to digital reports, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy ensures data integrity and access control.

1.3 Public Safety Monitoring

Our team provides scheduled on-site and remote public safety monitoring services for events and locations in Switzerland.

Rescheduling & Refunds: Clients may reschedule services up to 48 hours before the start time. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours receive a 50% refund to cover planning costs. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 24 hours due to resource allocation.

2. Informational Products

We offer digital guides and reports related to weather patterns, traffic management, and safety protocols.

Refunds: Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days and are subject to verification that the content has not been downloaded or accessed beyond a preview. Approved refunds are issued in full. After 14 days or if the content has been accessed, no refunds are available.

3. Goods

Our merchandise includes branded apparel and weather monitoring devices.

Refunds & Returns: Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved returns are refunded to the original method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. s are also available.
